Hi All! I am so excited to be a Hazelwood STAR!! This is my 6th year teaching, but my 2nd year here at Hazelwood. I have a Bachelor's in Psychology from McDaniel College and a Master's in Education from the University of Maryland. I am excited to help with the growth of the students in reading, writing, and thinking critically! My goal is to prepare students to be independent and advocate for themself when it comes to school, along with being supportive and provide a safe learning environment. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy reading, spending time with my family and hiking. I look forward to an exciting and successful school year.
